For clients who are developing a new department or expanding current operations, RSG offers an engaged recruiting program to conduct multiple searches for a dedicated but cost effective approach. If you have 3+ similar search assignments within the same time frame, we will work out a discount percentage on a retainer basis that can be paid over a period of months, easing your monthly expenditures. With your engagement fee, RSG agrees to work on your assignment for an agreed upon period of time.

After discussion with the hiring authority on the needs of a role and agreeing to the time frame for interviewing and hiring, RSG will take your search assignment on a contingency basis, being paid our regular percentage fee when our candidate accepts the position offered. Our contingency process is available on a limited basis.
