Job Summary:
This management position will include responsibility for both quality and engineering groups at a non-union facility. Our client desires an innovative candidate that is confident in implementing new procedures for processing parts and healing cracks. The environment is build to order and repair with numerous variations in repair. Promotion of cellular manufacturing and/or lean environment is paramount.
Qualifications:
Solid leadership skill, experience in aviation aftermarket component repair, experience with alloys (nickel, cobalt, etc.) and coatings.
Experience:
5 years managerial experience
Education:
BS, MS preferred in Metallurgy or Materials
