This dynamic national retail chain needs a Regional Manager to support Labor Relations and Employee Relations within their Western Region. You will work closely with the unions on resolving grievances and communicating/prepping for negotiations and potential arbitrations. Working closely with inside and outside counsel, you will draft settlement agreements, NLRB matters and make recommendations for contract changes and language.

Experience with grievance investigations, resolution and arbitration preparation is necessary for success. If you have union avoidance training experience to support the union free locations, that will be key too.
