We are looking for a full time Recruiting Assistant and Office Administrator to research and help source candidates, assist with Business Development research, schedule interviews, reference checks and overall client support. You need to be computer and internet savvy with strong written and verbal communications skills with a client services mentality. Social media experience, including LinkedIn and Microsoft Office Suite is also a must. Associates/Bachelor degree preferred.

We are flexible on time (32-40 hours ) during normal working hours M-Fri) and background.

Job Summary:
Located in Palm Coast, Recruiting Services Group, Inc. (RSG) is a national executive search firm hired by large corporations around the country to locate hard to find employees in the areas of Human Resources and Supply Chain.

RSG is currently looking to add a Candidate Account Representative to our team to help us generate candidate leads. We fill jobs for a national client base. You will do initial candidate interviews to assess potential fit for specific roles. You will search through the RSG database, LinkedIn and other database tools to create candidate lists for our Search Consultants. You will create email campaigns to generate interest with candidates. You will call potential candidates and ask their interest in discussing their careers and help schedule calls with our Search Consultants.

To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy talking to people on the phone, have great written and verbal communication skills and be a quick learner who is naturally curious.

Strong project management skills are key since your goal will be to assist Search Consultants in lining up 3-5 potential candidates on specific searches.

Besides a go-getter attitude, basic MicroSoft Suite and LinkedIn and/or other social media experience is required.
