Job Summary:
This technology company needs a HR Business Partner who can support the President and the leaders of this growing business. You will partner with leadership as a trusted advisor to design and scale capabilities to deliver against the strategic goals and objectives of the business including increased productivity and retention.

Your role will include the following:

  • Provide counsel to business leaders to further develop their leadership capability and capacity through coaching and influencing positive effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop business strategy for recruiting, training & development, promotions, transfers, and performance management.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness; assess organizational capabilities and define actions to close gaps.
